Defects And Trouble Shooting Of Cement Screw Conveyor

Component:  Cement Reducer

Reason: Shaft sealing is damaged

Solution: Input  Shaft Sealing should be replaced

               Outlet shaft sealing should be replaced

Component:  Cement Feeder reducer

Reason: Sealing is damaged

Solution: Replace the sealing

Component:  Inspection Door

Reason: Unlocked

Solution: Tighten the bolt of inspection door

Component:   cement screw conveyor motor

Reason:   Bearing of motor is damaged

Solution: Shaft of motor replaceement is needed.

Component:   cement screw conveyor  reducer

Reason:   Oil inside the reducer may be dirty or lack of reducer oil

Solution: Oil inside the reducer should be changed or the leven should be observed to be confirmed that it is in acceptable level. (2/3 should be filled)

Reason:     Intermediate hanger is broken

Solution: Hanger should be replaced.

Component:   Cement Storage Silo

Reason:     lac k of fludization accessories

Solution: Use air pads, nozzle or disc

Component:   Cement Storage Silo

Reason:     lac k of  material

Solution: Refill the material
